Personal information and other information you provide to us is stored on a secure database for no longer than is necessary. We carry out periodic deletion of data when the data is no longer required, or the retention period has expired.

The personal information we collect about you will be used by our staff and volunteers, and with your prior consent, organisations that work with us to deliver services to support you, and if required by law, legal and regulatory authorities.
